Understanding your credit balance

Credits power broadcasts and lead acceleration. Plan credits reset monthly; purchased credits never expire and are refundable within 14 days if unspent.

Credits are the in-app currency for sends — broadcasts, paid lead promotions, and SMS notifications. There are two kinds, and they behave differently.

Credits included with your plan reset at the start of each monthly cycle. Unused plan credits don't roll over.
Credits you buy in a pack never expire and roll over month to month. Your plan credits are always spent first.
Unspent purchased credits can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Once credits have been spent they're non-refundable.
